We cannot change the price of fuel – but our system can help your vehicle become not only more cost efficient but also more ecologically friendly. The expenses for diesel fuel are the main charges for transportation companies. Using the BODC you can reduce them considerably, starting immediately after installation.
The attached chart shows how much our customers have saved using the BODC application.
The fuel charges rise up to approx. 75% of all variable overhead expenses. When saving fuel by approx. 10% you can considerably increase your return on capital meaning a considerable improvement of your operational profit.

Saving money right from the start:
A simple calculation with these figures shows that the Barchfeld Optimisation of Diesel Consumption may pay for itself after a few months only. The overhead expenses will be reduced after a short time.

The investment pays for itself
when using 3.0 l* Diesel less per 100 km at a monthly performance of approx. 2200 km.
when using 2,5 l* Diesel less per 100 km at a monthly performance of approx. 2600 km.
when using 2.0 l* Diesel less per 100 km at a monthly performance of approx. 3300 km.
At a monthly performance of approx. 10000 km and 3,0l Diesel less per 100 km
there will be monthly cost savings of € 233,50 for each vehicle.
*The examples above are based on low monthly performances, they are usually much higher!
